On special Saturdays of the year, CBC volunteers go into the community to help those who need extra help. It may be distributing food, or helping one of the organizations below, or working on homes in the community. Volunteers are needed for all kinds of projects. Some require skills such as carpentry, electrical and painting, while others require only clean-up, gardening and pruning etc.

Opportunity available: You may serve by baking cookies prior to a Kairos weekend, or make place mats, write letters, up to pray or contribute financially. Agreeing to serve on a Kairos weekend would be a larger commitment of 5 Saturday meetings plus the 3-day weekend. The mission is to offer youth an opportunity to change their lives through the saving grace of Jesus Christ. Opportunities available: Approximately fifty volunteers are needed to successfully conduct a 3-day weekend. Generally, two Epiphany weekends are conducted each year at each facility.
